I recently completed my collection of the Dark Horse reprints of The Savage Sword of Conan. I've always loved these things: they're where I started my Conan journey and they have always looked great on a shelf. Due to the insane price gouging (they're out of print), it took a long time to complete my collection. I'd only allow myself to buy one every few months. But now I have them all! And I dove into what they're like in the video above. I hope you enjoy.

I bought the first 6 volumes of this series as they were being published. At the time, it was the only way to read these stories without buying each individual magazine. As you mentioned in your video, the shrunken page dimensions and the omission of the bonus materials irked me too. But I enjoy reading them nonetheless. Keep up the great work! Leave a Reply. |
AuthorHey, I'm Dan. This is my project reading through the career of everyone's favorite sword-and-sorcery character, Conan the Cimmerian, in chronological order.
